Niigata Manga & Animation Museum
Niigata city is the birthplace of a surprising number of popular manga and anime artists. This museum presents their profiles, exhibits some of their representative works, and explains the processes by which manga and anime are produced. You will also find a mini-theater, and an area where you can engage with popular characters, and another area where you can try out your voice acting. Special exhibits are held at various times throughout the year.
