Niigata Anime & Manga Festival

Birthplace of many important manga artists, Niigata City celebrates the art form with this festival. Enjoy voice-actor performances, anime and manga exhibits, cosplay photo events, a painted-car exhibition, and more. The festival spans three city areas: Furumachi, Bandai, and Hakusan.
