The Befco Observation Deck

The observatory is on the 31st floor of the Bandaijima Building, overlooking the Shinanogawa River. At a height of 125 meters (410 ft), this is the tallest building along the Japan Sea coast. The observatory offers a full 360-degree panorama, with excellent views of the Japan Sea, Sado Island, and the Gozu mountain range. Admission is free.
